"Where do these people get this stuff?"

She wasn't impressed with the article about Ben. One would think people would get over his appearance. Somethings can't be changed, and the simple fact underneath he's still the same old Ben.

"Sorry to say people probably keep on reading this ridiculous paper and treat it as the Holy Grail of journalism."

She was definitely annoyed by the whole thing.

[The Thing]

[glow=brown,2,300]"You know why I decided to go back to this...it wasn't because i wanted to, it was because I had to only if "they" knew that."[/glow] Ben said as he got up in anger as he added [glow=brown,2,300]"I didn't do it for me, I did it for the team and for Alica, because I couldn't choose one, so I chose both...if you want me I'll be in my room."[/glow] Ben then left the kitchen and when to his room.

[Mr. Fantastic]

Reed rubbed his head with the his hand.

"I can't beleive people would be so stupid, Ben saves eveyones lives on numerous occasions, and they still talk about him like he's a monster, and its all because I made a miscalculation, twice," he said, refering to the original one, and then to the one when his machine didn't work the first time.

[susie]

"Ben......."

She said, trying to stop him but he already left the room.

"It wasn't your fault, Reed."

She was trying to make everything better but it wasn't working.

"Should I go talk to him?"

She normally she wouldn't ask, but Ben wasn't in the best of moods.

[Mr. Fantastic]

"You might want to give him a moment to himself first," he said, knowing that Ben might just want to release some anger for a moment. No metter who said it and how many times, it was his fault what happened and it was Ben who paid the price...

[susie]

She looked in the direction of Ben's room. She had the itch to go in there and try to calm him down just a little. Then she looked to Reed when he talked about giving him his space.

"....Well..."

She said, simply. She felt bad everytime some nutcase decides to pick on Ben. It was alright when they picked on Johnny, because he wanted the media attention.

[Mr. Fantastic]

"Its probably alright to go now," he said, seeing she really wanted to go. It was beyond him why she had asked him in the first place, though.

[susie]

"I'll be back."

She looke back to Reed before she went into Ben's room.

"So, I am alone on this?"

Sue couldn't help but want to help him, though he's an adult and can take care of himself.

[Mr. Fantastic]

"No, I better go too, but, I'm just not so sure how comforting I could possibly be to him as far as this problem goes," he said, standing up and following Sue.

[susie]

"You should go in first."

She said, though she knew if she went in first she would start her little speech about appearences aren't everything and that was the last thing Ben needed to hear.

"Okay?"

She asked.

[Mr. Fantastic]

"Yeah... ok, lets go," he said heading toward Ben's room.
