She knew all about Logan and X-men and well anybody Jean has ever come in contact with, simply because their minds are intertwined. She was at her best with warfare of the mind, as well as the body. She didn't understand why he didn't attack her, as notable she would do without a second thought.
"Did I upset you? Logan wouldn't be."
She said, as she twisting both their love into something she didn't quite understand: hate. As much as she didn't understand hate, she loved the feeling it gave her. She felt something she hasn't in a long time: alive.
"He desires the one thing he cannot have, as you cannot."
She said. She felt like the most unreachable and that made her feel more powerful.What she really meant is that no person in this small speck cannot have back what it has taken from them. Reasoning with her is their sad attempt to get the old Jean back.

She leaned forward enough it looked like she was going to kiss him and stopped just before her lips touched his.
"I'm seeing things clearly for the first time in my miserable life."
She breathed heavy as she talked to him. Her eyes pierced into his making sure she had his full attention.
"You actually think you're powers are matched to mine?"
She wasn't really asking a question.

Scott frowned and replied, "Have I ever?"
He took a few more steps back, fighting his body's natural tendencies as she grew closer to him.

She asked, puzzled. She didn't understand why he rejected the one woman he has ever loved. She has her body and her memories, then why?
"Don't see me as desirable?"
She noticed Scott moved away from her, yet again. She couldn't make him stay in one place, she moved as he did.

She asked, though Jean's memories confirms it.But, Logan was the man her heart still desired. He was the bad side of her, while Scott was the safe and secure half.
"And you believed it? How touching."
She wasn't going to play the house-cat Jean Grey anymore.

"Such hate in your voice, its so smoothing."
She closed to her eyes for a brief moment and then opened them again.
"But, why do you hesitate?"
She looked at him with her dead eyes.
"I'd kill you without a second thought, doesn't that make any difference?"
Jean's love for Scott confused it. She only knows destruction that comes from hate.

Scott took a moment to calm himself down. He had let his temper take control, and he hated that. After a few seconds, he looked up at her and smirked.
"Obviously," he stated, "you can't just kill me. If you could, you'd have done it already."

In an odd way she liked his man. No way he compares to the greatest that is her, but he's right. Apart of her wants to see him die and the other wants to be close to him and comfort him. It making her felt off balanced and kinda weak.
"You're enjoying this, aren't you? Seeing this pain."
The conflict for her, was that she didn't know what do with him. All the power and yet she feels hopless around him.
"The rest won't be lucky."
She felt like sparing him for her entertainment.

She looked him blankly.
"You're definely not the sharpest tool in the shed."
She went all weird on him. She had the confused look on her face.
"Scott I can't fight it."
She fell on her knees with her hands grasping her head.

"Can't fight...."
She trailed off still grasping her head. Jean knew what was going on within, but didn't know how to explain it to Scott.Just a second ago she would have killed him and now all she can do was cry.
"Stop it................."
She repeated to Scott as she looked at Giant-Man, who was hanging about. To her, he looked confused or something.
"..........stop me."
She couldn't continue on.
